Description

Montanyà Golf Club is a place of great beauty in Catalonia. Due to its proximity, the course has an intimate relationship with the Montseny natural park. The course is over 6000 metres long, with a par of 72 over 18 holes with a notable difference in technical environmental characteristics between the first 9 holes and the remaining 9. Montanyà Golf course was designed by David Thomas and inaugurated in 1989. The first nine holes form a relatively short and quite technical stretch of the course. The tee on the 1st hole, raised over a beautiful lake, requires great concentration and provides a pleasant foretaste of an exciting round.
