The official green fee at Pretium Golf La Junquera starts from €18 on weekdays and €19 at weekends and on public holidays, but Teeup members get a 40% discount.

Description

Pretium Golf La Junquera is the 9-hole municipal course of Pedreña (Marina de Cudeyo), at the entrance to the village and right on the shore of the bay of Santander. It opened in May 1997 on the natural terrain of La Junquera, a former marshland full of bulrushes that gave the course its name. It is a short layout —par 32, 2,023 metres from the yellow tees and 1,761 from the red— but a very selective one: it rewards accurate iron play and a sharp short game rather than power. Holes 2, 3 and 4 run with the bay flanking their entire right-hand side and, together with the 6th, are the toughest on the course. The views over the bay, the city of Santander and the Picos de Europa mountains are among the best in Cantabria. The practice area has a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker, and the clubhouse, opened in June 2018, packs changing rooms, a pro shop, a gym, a multi-purpose room and a bar-restaurant with a south-facing terrace into 744 m².
