appThe best golf apps in Spain in 2026: a complete comparison
We compare the leading golf apps in Spain in 2026: Teeup, Awolf, myGolf and GolfClapp. Which is the most complete — and why not all apps are what they claim to be.

Golf in Spain now has several digital options. Some have been around for years, others are newer, and all of them promise to improve your experience as a golfer. But there are significant differences between them — in what they actually offer, how they work, and what is genuinely available once you download the app.
This comparison is not trying to be diplomatic. It is trying to be useful.
What we analysed
Four platforms with a presence in Spain: Teeup, Awolf, myGolf and GolfClapp. For each one we assessed: access model, course network, real available features, price, and which type of golfer it actually makes sense for.
Teeup — The most complete golf app on the Spanish market
Teeup is not just another booking app. It is a complete digital ecosystem built specifically for golf in Spain.
Model: Free access to the booking module for all users. Teeup membership at €12.99/month for full access to the ecosystem.
Course network: Over 40 courses across Spain and growing.
What it includes:
Green fee bookings with filters by location, price, availability, and number of players. For all digitised courses, confirmation is instant — no phone calls required.
Agreements and reciprocal access with partner courses: preferential conditions that until now were only available to private club members. Teeup holds multiple reciprocal agreements negotiated directly with each club. All other bookings at network courses generate "tees" — redeemable credit for future bookings that never expires.
AI-powered chatbot integrated to consult golf rules in real time during a round or tournament. Nothing equivalent exists in any other Spanish golf platform.
Golf fitting and access to the best online prices on equipment from top market brands. A feature no competitor currently offers — and one that is set to make waves, thanks to Teeup's partnership with Z1 Golf Academy, Spain's first indoor golf centre.
Partners section with brands and companies from the golf sector offering exclusive benefits to Teeup members.
Active community to connect with other golfers, take part in events and tournaments, and build relationships within the game.
Who it is for: The golfer who wants a single app that handles everything — bookings, reciprocal agreements, discounts, fitting, rules, community. No jumping between platforms, no phone calls, no complications.
AWOLF — A bookings app
AWOLF presents itself as a complete, free golf app focused on community. It has genuine strengths, but also limitations that are worth understanding.
Model: Free.
Course network: Over 90 courses with bookings available.
What it includes: Green fee bookings, digital scorecard, player matchmaking ("Partidos AWOLF"), and various game formats.
What it does not solve: AWOLF positions its digital scorecard as a central feature. The problem is that in that specific area, dedicated apps like GolfGamebook and The Grint have been doing this for years as their sole focus — and offer a significantly more complete experience: advanced statistics, game analysis, detailed handicap tracking, and communities of millions of users. If you are looking for a serious scoring tool, AWOLF is not the reference.
On the booking side, it works for the occasional golfer. But there are no reciprocal agreements, no fitting, no AI rules chatbot, no partners section...
Who it is for: Golfers looking to book occasional rounds.
myGolf — A web platform, not a native app
myGolf has a presence in Spain and offers green fee bookings and tournament registration. But there is one technical detail that matters: myGolf is not a native app. It is a web application — not a downloadable app with an experience optimised for iOS or Android.
Model: Free for bookings.
Course network: Variable, with coverage across several Spanish provinces.
What it includes: Green fee bookings, tournament registration, and course reviews.
What it does not solve: Without being a native app, the mobile experience is inherently inferior: no push notifications, no offline access, none of the fluidity of an app designed specifically for the device. For a golfer who manages their game from their phone — which is most golfers today — this difference is felt in everyday use.
There are no reciprocal agreements, no active community...
Who it is for: Golfers who want to register for tournaments and do not prioritise a native mobile experience above other considerations.
Claphouse — An emerging option with a very limited network
Claphouse is a golf app with a presence in Spain that focuses on digital bookings. The proposition points in the right direction, but at this stage its main limitation is an objective one: it has very few courses in its network, which significantly restricts its practical usefulness for most Spanish golfers.
Model: NOT CONFIRMED in detail.
Course network: Very limited in Spain at the time of this analysis.
Who it is for: May make sense for golfers whose home course is in the network, or as an option to revisit as it expands its coverage.

The conclusion the data draws on its own
When you lay the real, available features of each platform out in a table, the result speaks for itself.
AWOLF is free and has more courses listed, but has no reciprocal agreements, no fitting, no access to quality equipment, no AI rules chatbot, and no partners section. In the one area where it tries to differentiate — scorekeeping — specialist apps do it significantly better.
myGolf is not a native app, which in 2026 is a genuine limitation for the golfer who lives on their phone.
GolfClapp has the right idea but does not yet have the network to be a practical option for most golfers in Spain.
Teeup is the only Spanish platform that combines bookings, reciprocal agreements, club deals, an AI chatbot, golf fitting, equipment access, a partners section, and community features in a single ecosystem. Open bookings are free — and it is, by a significant margin, the most complete option available.
For the golfer who wants one app that handles everything related to their game, the choice is clear.
Download Teeup and start playing like you never have before.
