About green fee bookings

Can I book a green fee without a subscription?
Yes. The app allows you to book green fees at available courses without needing a Teeup Members subscription. Open bookings are free and accessible to any registered user.

How long does booking confirmation take?
Confirmation is instant. The moment you complete your booking in the app, you receive confirmation on your phone. No calls, no waiting, no emails pending a reply.

Can I book for more than one player?
Yes. You can manage group tee times directly from the app. The process is the same regardless of the number of players.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on each course. Before confirming your booking, you can check the cancellation policy for that specific course. As a general rule, cancellations made with sufficient advance notice do not incur a penalty.

What is Teeup Members?
Teeup Members is the platform's membership tier. For €14.99 a month — with no commitment and no minimum term — you gain access to the network of partner courses with reciprocal conditions and become part of a community of golfers with access to exclusive events and benefits.

What are reciprocal agreements and what do they include?
Reciprocal agreements are arrangements between Teeup and its partner courses under which Teeup Members subscribers access those courses with preferential conditions: reduced green fees, access during special time slots, or additional benefits. The specific conditions vary by course and are detailed in each course's listing within the app.

Is there a minimum commitment for the membership?
No. You can cancel at any time without penalty. The membership is monthly and renews automatically until you decide to cancel.

Can I try Teeup before subscribing?
Yes. You can download the app and book green fees without a subscription. This lets you get to know the platform before deciding whether Teeup Members fits the way you play.

Is the €14.99/month price per course or for the entire network?
It covers the entire network. With a single monthly subscription you gain access to all partner courses under their reciprocal conditions. There are no additional costs for accessing a specific course within the network.

How many courses can I play with Teeup?

Are courses available across all of Spain?
The network has presence across different regions of Spain and is continually adding new courses. Check the app to see the courses available in the area you are interested in.

Can I play the same courses more than once?
Yes. There is no limit on visits to the same course within the network. You can play any partner course as many times as you like, subject to availability.
