The digital transformation of golf takes another step forward with the arrival of Teeup Golf, a new Spanish application that allows players to book green fees in seconds from their phones — no club membership required.
Its first version, scheduled for release in the coming weeks, aims to change how golfers access courses and enjoy the game.
A new approach to golf bookings
Teeup Golf was created with a clear goal: to make golf more accessible and flexible.
Unlike other apps on the market, Teeup will allow golfers to book tee times, lessons, and manage agreements all in one place, eliminating phone calls and complicated processes.
And this is just the beginning — these are the features included in the MVP.
The app will be directly integrated with the leading club management systems — Golfmanager and Teeone — and when a course is not yet connected, the system will automate the booking via email, ensuring instant confirmation every time.
A launch with a long-term vision
From its very first version, Teeup will include all the essential tools golfers need to organize their playing experience:
- Green fee booking across golf courses throughout Spain.
- Filters by price, proximity, course type, or number of players, all within an intuitive, modern interface.
- Options to select buggies, electric trolleys, or rental equipment directly within the app.
In addition, Teeup is already working on exclusive collaborations with renowned golf clubs and brands, to be announced in the coming months.
More than an app: a virtual golf club
The project goes beyond just bookings.
Teeup Golf Club will be a virtual golf club with agreements across Spain, giving players the opportunity to play at partner courses without fixed fees or long-term commitments.
Users will also be able to join tournaments, take personalized lessons, and connect with a modern, digital golf community.
An app created by golfers, for golfers
The founders of Teeup are passionate golfers who understand first-hand the challenges independent players face when trying to book and play.
“We wanted a solution that simplifies access to golf without losing the essence of the sport or the values of traditional clubs,” explains the founding team.
“Teeup doesn’t aim to replace clubs — it aims to help them grow. Many players who discover a course through the app end up becoming full members of that club.”
Golf made more accessible and connected
With a design focused on user experience (UX), Teeup is built around simplicity: a clean, fluid interface with no hidden fees.
The app will be free for all golfers, with an optional subscription for those who want access to additional benefits such as agreements, discounts, and exclusive experiences.
“We want Teeup to be the meeting point between golfers and clubs — an ecosystem where everyone wins: players, through flexibility, and clubs, through visibility and new revenue opportunities.”
